WHERE DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

• Delivery on standard cakes (1 and 2 tier cakes) within a 10 mile radius of 90062 — $35

• Delivery on standard cakes (1 and 2 tier cakes) within a 25 mile radius of 90062 — $75

• Delivery on cakes outside delivery zone (within 50 miles of 90062) — $150.00

DO YOU SHIP YOUR CAKES?

Currently, no. Hopefully in the future there will be a safe method of shipping cakes!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We recommend you place an order as soon as you know when your event is as dates can fill up quickly (especially weekends and holidays). However, if our calendar is not booked, orders may be made up to 4 days before the order date. Don’t hesitate to check with us to see if we can accommodate a specific date. HOW SHOULD I STORE AND SERVE MY CAKE?

All cakes should be served at room temperature.

For storing cakes: All of our cakes are stored in the refrigerator before pickup/delivery to ensure smooth transportation. However, please allow 1-2 hours for cakes to come to room temperature before serving. Cold cakes can be hard and seem dry.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN CAKES?

Currently we are not offering vegan cakes. If we do, you will be the first to know!

WHAT ARE YOUR CAKE SIZES?

We currently offer 2 sizes:

6 inch (16-24 servings)

8 inch (24-36 servings)

Note: All our cakes are double-barrel cakes, meaning it is 4 layers of cake with a cake board between 2 layers to assist with structure. 

DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?

Yes! We offer tasting boxes for pick up on the first Wednesday of every month. These are typically for weddings, but feel free to place an order for a tasting box for other occasions as well! Please contact me directly at mamasoulbakes@gmail.com.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY?

We offer a full refund for cancellations more than 1 week prior to pick up/delivery date. For orders cancelled less than 1 week from your pick up/delivery date, the full price of the cake will be charged. The final date to make modifications to your order is 1 week prior to your event. 

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Sunday & Monday: Closed

Tuesday through Saturday: 10am-6pm

YOU'RE CLOSED THE DAY I NEED A CAKE. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you need a cake for Sunday or Monday when we are closed, you can pick the cake up on Saturday and the cake will still be great for the next couple days! We especially recommend our Chocolate, Lemon Olive Oil, or Carrot Cake flavors as those will stay moist the longest. You will want to put the cake in the refrigerator, then take it out to room temperature about 1-2 hours before serving as our cakes are best served at room temperature.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Depending on your idea, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please make sure to place your custom cake order first, and select the options closest to what you have in mind. We will evaluate your design and let you know via email if its something within our aesthetic and scope of work.
